DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent my phone in for repairs on the 28th January 2013 i was told that it has LCD damage the guy phoned Gateway requested a quote of R 450.00 i said fine send for repairs i was told it will take 2 weeks AND no receipt was given to me. it has been 3 weeks with no feedback i had tried calling with no answer. yesterday i was told the phone cannot be found and my receipt was requested which was never given to me therefore the phone cannot be traced. So today i took the box with and the phone was found in JHB and now apparently i have to pay R2400.00!! this is a new phone taken on contract and NOW i must pay the costs! of R200 every month and fit the bill of R2400- which i think is absolute!!! and this was never communicated to me, not once was i informed about what was going on. Vodacom has the most uncooperative unhelpful staff i have ever come across. i was never given the proper info to begin with, no receipt and now a huge amount. Vodacom has the worst customer service. i even phoned another Vodacom in the Galleria and they did not have the number for the Vodacom shop on the top opposite Game clearly they do not care about their customers!!! or helping them
