Last year on the 26 Septer 2012 I bought some of the building material at Build It and I used my VISA Card to pay, because we were busy in the house with a lot of packing I lost my receipt for the goods so I called them on the 4th May 2013 to explain the situation since I wanted the goods to be delivered and the Manager told me that he want the receipt not the proof of payment and I've checked everywhere but I can't find the receipt. So he said without the receipt I won't get my goods and the money that I paid was R 3, 978.50 including delivery. I really need your assistance because I don't have another money to buy the very same goods.
