AFFINITY INSURANCE
Bad Service

On the 11/02/2013 i bought a new car the dealer had B-Sure brokers contact me to arrange insurance they came back and offered me three choices of the three Affinity seem best as they were also cheaper and fell into my budget accepted the deal and signed for my car. On the 20th i was in an accident, i called Affinity and they promptly arranged a tow truck to be sent out and had my car towed to the panel beaters. then my nightmare began i then received a sms letting me know the policy was cancelled due to that fact that i did not have my tracker installed as per the T&C but i had the cert faxed to them the day it was installed. they then had it reinstated after i refaxed it.. Then after faxing my claim forms through i had to call to confirm receipt as nobody bothered to email or sms to acknowledge receipt was told a Tommy would call me back still haven't heard from him, spoke to Keneliwe and she confirmed receipt and said it was being looked at two days later once i had to call to follow up only to be told i hadn't paid my premium as their records showed it as unpaid. but my acc had sufficient funds and now i am told i need to pay R1300 for them to even consider looking at my car.
