On 12 December 2012, I met with Deniz from ADT and signed up for a 2-year contract with ADT security. I paid for 2 years up-front that night. Ever since then I have been trying to get a receipt from ADT to state that I have paid for 24 months, and they have received my money. I have phoned about 8 times, and still no luck in getting a receipt. I run a business from home and need the receipt for my business expenses. How hard can it be?
