Charging vat and not providing a vat receipt
On the11th of april i visited clearwater mall. after i paid for my parking ticket i found that the receipt issued was not a valid vat receipt. If you charge me vat then i am entitled to a vat receipt. I was advised to call elijah and he told me that he would look into the problem. The following day (12/04) i was at the mall again and found that the problem had not been resolved. Having already wasted my time, money and effort informing elijah of the problem i decided to complain at centre management. I spoke to natalie who told me that the manager was in a meeting ( very convenient ) and that someone would be in contact with me regarding this. A week later and no one has called. I do NOT think that it is legal for you to charge me vat and not provide a vat receipt. I think the service at the mall is ridiculous and i should NOT be the one to waste my time and money making you aware of faults that do NOT get fixed
