Since the Documents were received and a Confirmation of Receipt of the withdrawal was signed by the Legal departement by Maria 012 326 2507, i have spoken to Sibiso Ndlovu on the 13/14 May which all confirmed the above of receipt and that the docs are with the Legal dept and i have to phone every week to follow up on the progress of my withdrawal. A second call to GEPF offices on the 5th of June 2013 in Pta confirmed by Thume, that the docs are with the Legal dept and i should phone next week to confirm progress. On the 14th June 2013 i have spoken to another call cntre agent that confirmed that the received the docs and it is at the Legal dept, when i asked who is handling the withdrawal and the procedure and time frame, they said they can not say i have to wait patiently and phone every week, well how is that for customer service, shew confirmed that the Legal dept has made a note on the 12th of June, but are not alowed to reveal any notes on the request and can't refer to the legal dept, the process has to go it's route and time. On the 19th of June the same message from Lucia in the call cntre, i also emailed to the adress [email protected] to request feedback, with no succes.
