On hold forever, no answer from website

Our neomail stopped working.
We can not get through to a consultant in the call centre, after over 30 calls, and holding and holding.
Eventually the call gets disconnected.
We then looked up alternative contacts on the website. No response from any of the e-mails sent to them.
The on-site complaint form doesn't work.
(Isn't it ironic that their landline no's aren't Neotel?)
