I believe I have been overcharged

For the month of December 2012, I was invoiced R440.85. The contract which I signed stated I get 350mb p/m, 50 minutes p/m and 50 sms p/m. The contract is R329 p/m. I don't believe I went over any of these things as the invoice states that. However, regarding the internet it shows I was being billed at like R8 a time, which is nonsense. That sounds like a prepaid rate to me. I have an app on my iphone which shows my last 30 days usage and I was quite an amount below my 350 mb p/m. All I require is an explanation as to how I am charged R111 over my monthly rate when I hardly use my internet due to WIFI.

I have tried and tried again to get through to Cell C via the website and by telephone but to no Avail. Please could someone get in touch with me so that we can resolve this problem. For the month of January I was charged R332 which is fine because of an sms or 2 over my 50. However, internet usage was very similar to last month.

Please help as I am a new customer and this is not the start I was looking for.
