NEVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

I upgraded my Vodacom cellphone contract at CHATZ CELLULAR last year, I took a blackberry playbook () and for over a year i have been paying my monthly contract fee of almost R600 and I never used the playbook as it DOES NOT WORK! they were made aware of this problem last year already, i have been send to Vodacom westgate, vodaworld midrand, blackberry midrand and sandton, i have been to Randburg, i have contacted blackberry UK TWICE to advise them and they also dont give a, i cannot cancel my contract (Belive me i have tried) because they want me to pay R8000 cancellation fee for a useless tablet that i have never used, i am now SICK and TIRED and believe me i will cancel my contract next year... i have wasted so much time, money and effort to get this sorted but i am not getting any help, i got the tablet at your shop, i need YOU to take responsibility for this and to sort it out, i want YOU to repair, replace or cancel my contract, I am not wasting anymore money, i need assistance and i need it NOW as i will go higher, i work in the service industry and i CAN go higher, SORT THIS OUT, O YA email me as I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE TO BE CONTACTED ON
