Nashua Mobile ignores clients plead for help

The 15th April, my phones were disconnected again (2nd time this year). I phoned Julie, newly appointed head of the credit department for Nashua Mobile. She advised me that I have not made a payment for the last month (March). I said that I have statements to prove otherwise. She then said I owe money for August 2012.
The 16th of April, I contacted Julie and e-mailed her several times, after sending her a statement for payments made to Nashua Mobile for the past 10 months. Payments for all months in question. I had no reply.
She transfered me to Moses (consultant), who was very rude, obviously trying to put me in my place. After another dozen calls and e-mails, he also did nothing.
17th of April, all of them are ignoring my e-mails. They dont take my calls.
My hands are cut off now. The closest Nashua Mobile is 160km from me.
18th of April, my phones are still disconnected (day 4). Its effecting my job now as I need to be in contact with all my clients. All this applies to my wife and her bussines aswell.
Can someone advise me what to do please!!!
