I upgrade my contract over a month ago and ever since I've been experiencing drop calls, no network coverage or 3G coverage in a 3G area, I call the call centre over 12 times and logged my complaint over 3 weeks ago with no assisstance, this is unexceptable I do not know if it is my new device Samsung S4 or the cell c network setttings or coverage, this is really poor service I need a response URGENT
