I went into 8ta, Tygervalley branch on the 15th of September to hand in my form as to not continue with my contract when it expires. I asked the consultant twice what date to put down and he said to put down the 15th of September. He sent off my form on the same day on which I clearly stated that I do not wish to continue my contract when it expires. I got a R 974, 67 bill on the 3rd of October which states that its a cancelation fee. I would not cancel my contract and have to pay that fee when I only have 1 month left of the contact. I tried to contact the concultant and emailed him and got no response or explination from him. I eventually went into the canal walk branch where I was helped by another consultant who also emailed and tried to contact the consultant from Tygervalley branch with no luck. He eventually put in a complaints form which gave him 24 hours to respond or action would be taken. Only then was I cc on an email from Tygervalley to accounts that they need to correct the bill. I still havnt gotten any feedback about what needs to happen and my contract has now been terminated. I am very upset about this process and the manner this was dealt with.
