IVE SENT THIS BLACKBERRY IN FOR REPAIRS NOW FOR THE FOURTH TIME, AND THEY OPENED IT ALSO IN THE SHOP, SO ITS BEEN FIVE TIMES THEY OPENED IT AND STILL NOT RIGHT, HOW CAN THEY NOT REPLACE MY PHONE??? BUT THEY ARE QUICK BY TAKING DEBIT ORDER FROM MY ACCOUNT, EVEN IF IM WITHOUT THIS PHONE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. ITS BEEN IN REPAIRS SINCE THE 15/09/2013
