8ta / Telkom Mobile
Service? What service??

I took out a contract with 8ta 2 years ago when I was phoned about an offer.
Hardly took them 5mins to get me on the contract.
Now it's taking FOREVER to GET RID of it.

I contacted Telkom Mobile (I will use abbreviation "TM") MONTHS AGO to find out when my contract expires, and if it will "auto-renew." They said I need to contact them when it expires -.-

When the expiration date started to approach, I phoned TM. They said that, since I'm far away from the nearest TM/8ta shop, that I can contact the nearest city that has one, and they gave me a number.
When I phoned that number in Kimberley, I was told me I should email the cancellation form (which I received from the TM operator) to the email address that appears on my monthly emailed statement.

I did that, and got no response. I phoned TM again, and was told that I should use the email address [Email Removed] I did that as well. It has been almost a month now, and I have received ABSOLUTELY ZERO feedback on what is going on with my account. I can only assume that TM is still happily leeching my bank account for services that I am not even using.

Absolutely non-existant service. I WANT OUT!!!
