My wife and I opened contract with 8ta about 2 years back. She is a book keeper so she keeps all correspondence and documentation. We have experienced a number of bad service problems with this "service" provider to the point we requested a cancellation. We were then billed R1875 cancellation costs per phone (x2) for a laps of 6months. We decided to live with the bad incompetent service till know.
We have one month left on our contract so we approached the Tygervalley 8ta and informed the consultant that we wanted to cancel our contract the day it expired. After receiving no response from Head Office we came approached the same consultant for written notification a week later.
We received a mysterious unexplained bill for R248 causing 8ta to disconnect both phones. After spending hours telephonically talking to 081180 explaining that the bill was a duplicate thus an error on their side.
The Tygervalley and the 081180 staff informed me that the collection department responsible was our only solution but unapproachable except via email. I was told that my quarry would be dealt with within 48 hours. After the time had elapsed I did the whole run around again to be informed that I mu
