Pick & Pay Customer suffers tooth break
On 08/08/12 I bought lamb mince meat at the Sunningdale Pick & Pay. I made patties and in the middle of my meal I heard a crack sound in my mouth. I spat & went for the mirror. My premolar had split
I reported to Abubakar the store Manager & he referred me to Watson the Butchery Manager who demanded to see the bone that I had chewed.
I reverted to Abubakar & he referred me to Alfa Solomon at the head office. She asked me to send my till slip the dentist bill & the quotation for fixing the tooth. I did & receipt thereof was confirmed.
I did not hear from her so I followed up & got contact with her assistant
Early December I got a call from the assistant asking me for my bank details so that they could effect payment. After 2 weeks I did not see a deposit so I followed up.
On the 17th of December the assistant called me with the news that they hade decided to decline the claim.
I asked why & for something in writing. Watson (Butcher manager) called me in January to reassure me that I would get the letter. & I am still waiting My tooth is still not fixed.
