FNB Premier Banking Concern

I have recently become an FNB Premium banking which should come with some benefits like phoning for assistance from 8am to 7pm weekdays. I had a query regarding my account after verifying online, and did not know anything regarding a split and budget of the account. None of that was explained to me or how or why my credit limit was split and how to go about fixing this. I sent a email to the direct "premier@fnb" email with little feedback on the issue. So I phone the number... I follow the details.. I hold.. for about 10 minutes... someone answers, who I can hardly understand, maybe she was sick or something, but I could not follow what she was saying. Needless to say when I inquired about the straight and budget split, she had to get hold of someone else to try and explain it to me, so I had to hold again, for almost another 5 minutes... So I hung up. They called back and tried to explain further but I was not in the mood to listen to anything they had to say by this stage! I am still in the dark! FNB... how did you help me exactly???
