Contract is on a Samsung 10.1 Note Tablet
and includes 100minutes p. month
and 2 GIG data
We have phoned customer service asking every day to look into our problem. Its the 11th of the month already & have not received any of our minutes or data.
every time we phone they say they will send an email and it problem should be corrected in 24hours. Which is NOT the case. We still DON'T have any data or airtime.
We pay for nothing and don't feel happy at all.
Should you not correct the mistake! We requested a STOP DEBIT order instruction from the bank - and will not pay again until we receive what we had paid for already!
