I upgraded my contract with Autopage in Nov2012. I receive 150mb data with my contract and took out another 250mb per month, i.e. 400mb in total per month available.
I noted that Autopage kept on charging me for GPRS usage once I reached my 150mb contract limit without taking into account my additional 250mb data taken out.
I phoned them numerous times since January 2014 to date, requesting a refund and the billing to be corrected. Every time I receive promises that they will escalate my request and a refund will be pad within 7 working days.
To date the problem has still not been corrected, even though I phoned in again in March to confirm if they are sure all is in order. I am still waiting for my refund and still am being charged for data usage whilst I do have enough data available.
I am frustrated. Every time promises are made without any follow through from Autopage,
How can they suspend people's cellphone accounts within 1 day of non payment, but when they take too much money from your bank account you need to wait 7 working days for a refund, in my case months.
I am still waiting for a solution and a refund. Why does it take 3months to resolve this?
