I bought airtime and not able to load it

On the 08th of October i went to Pick and pay and i bought 8ta/Telkom mobile for r150 and when i tried to retreive it from [URL Removed] via my ipad it didn't load it saying i must check the voucher, i retried 3 times and there after my voucher was blacklisted. I then went on to the Telkom mobile store in Centurion and was assisted by Tsholo< she told me that my voucher was blacklisted and she didnt know what this mean which to me was very weird as she should know what happens when a voucher number didnt work. They called the call centre and they said the pnp voucher was incorrect which i refuse to believe. I told them how is Pnp gonna prove that i didnt use this voucher and also what use is it gonna be to them when its blacklisted. Can someone plz help me load my airtime and unblacklist this voucher. I'm not impressed at all by the service i have received and i'm highly inconvenienced as i now had to buy additional bundles which threw me off budget. And NO i don't have the ipad app.
