Interrupting Autopage lady

Between December 10 & 15 (i cant remember the exact date) i requested another Gig data bundle to be added to my cellphone contract at Autopage in Secunda. I was told that my extra Gig data would only appear January 17th, because all MTN customers get their airtime and bundles on the 17th of every month... which is fair. January 2nd my debit orders went off and i see i already paid for my extra gig requested and still didnt receive it. I phoned Aotopage so they can explain to me how that works, because i already paid for it and i still cant use it. My data is finished for that month and now i have to wait till the 17th to get my (already paid for) additional data bundle, i was then told thats just the way it works while being interrupted all the time by the lady on the phone. Finally 17th of January arrived, but no extra gig data. Only my regular data and airtime. Phone Altech in Secunda AGAIN, i tried explaining my situation again to the lady but as soon as i start speaking after her rude interruption she interrupts again. After a while when she understood more clearly, she said shes going to call me back after addressing the situation. She didnt. Monday the 20th Jan still no data.
