Autopage and MTN customers money

I have a data contract with autopage (mtn) and because of the 'technical difficulties' of mtn have used up all my data and need to buy more. So I loaded R60 airtime via online banking. Only to be told that because its a contract I cant do that and now I am R60 out of pocket!! I phoned MTN who say its an Autopage contract so I must phone them. Phoned Autopage and they said that because I bought airtime with online banking that I have now lost the R60 and cannot get it back or transferred to another number!! This is downright thievery!! I have paid for goods which I have not received, therefore I should get my money back!!!
