My phone was on wednesday night the 9th of october. I phoned mtn same time to block the phone. Ii got the ITC number from mtn the following day, but still battled to get hold of the insurance as my sim card is insured. I managed to get hold of them using my landline, i made six call average of 2hr 30min each cal on holdl. This morning have been holding for more than an hour. I am still not assisted. I only need a sim card so that i can i can move on. I cant do any business without my sim card.
Yesterdayi thought maybe there was a network problem but today its just the same thing again. This is just unbelievable
