WHO'S 'FAULT'y IS IT ANY WAY???
I purchased, and sighned in to a 24month contract with Cell C EXCITED to get my Galaxy,
i recieved my phone on the 12th of July 2013 however a short while later 17days with in purchasing my phone i noticed that there was a problem and sent in for repairs as it was not charging that was on the 2nd of August 2013 and was told it would take 3weeks. I recieved my handset back in good faith that all was now in order it appeared that the problem had been fixed- and it was.
However the problem started being that, that wasn't the only problem.
Within 2 months after receiving my REPAIRED phone, i yet again had to send it back for REPAIRS as this time it was loosing signal or so i was told.informed that it would take yet another 3 WEEKS. This time i was told i would receive a NEW HANDSET- as per replacement. MY NEW PHONE NOT SO NEW! Upon receiving the phone it IINFACT THE BOX WAS NOT EVEN SEALED, So opened with scratches on the handset aggravated with being without a phone for 3 WEEKS I took the phone, Surprise? MY not so NEW S4, WAIT FOR IT! FAULTY AGAIN-PROBLEM SSS4 ONE WAY SPEECH. SO ANOTHER 3 WEEKS IN TOTAL MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. Still no phone!!!
