I have recieved my sim card on wednesday, I called 084145 to activate the sim card
Without any network the following day (Thursday) I then went to Greenstone Cell C shop to sort out the network issue.
I was told to restart my phone and I would get network. Today is Friday, and I still cannot use my new phone because there is no network.
I have been trying to call the Contact Centre and end up holding for over 10minutes to no assistance for the last 2 days.
If I am not hepled by end of day today. I will return the phone and cancel my contract as my contract says I will be provided with the services of a mobile network.
