Bad service

I had to withdraw cash from my business account and I received a automated call from the bank to verify that the transactions were legitimate, I confirmed they were. Last week I needed to use my card and it was declined, so I thought it was a problem with the suppliers machine and tried to draw money. The message on the slip said I needed to go to the branch. I contacted the telephone number on the slip and I was told that dept had cancelled my card, I told the woman on the other end that I had verified the transaction why was my card cancelled with no notification. She told me she would expedite the new card as I need it for my business. Well I have been on line holding for Bongani to come back to me for 25 minutes now and still no response as to the status of my new card. Really poor service on all fronts. I have always told my friends about the great service I receive from FNB but clearly this is not the case anymore. And I am still on hold for Bongani time now 12:06 holding for business banking, wonder how long I will be on hold I have gone through all the tunes as background music.
