HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR

Good day,

I've been phoning MTN a few times since yesterday morning to find out what the fee will be to terminate my contract with them and put the phone on pay as you go, each time I have to go through a whole tape setup to speak to an operator, which is fine, BUT then the operator puts me through to accounts, and the long wait starts, because you hold on for 20-30 min straight with no answer, yesterday I phoned 3 times each time the same story. The funniest part yesterday was the last time I tried at 16:30 I asked the operator nicely to put through to someone that will help me, he said "Ok sir hold on..I am searching for a STABLE line to put you through.." Guess what? Same story 30 min of holding on again.. I have so many issues with this number, and phoned so many times to fix the issues, I even bought a brand new phone thinking maybe the issue with the phone, still no joy and my fiance is losing customers and money because of this as she uses this phone for business and people cannot get hold of her. So ja if anyone from MTN accountscancellation department can please phone me, as I cannot sit on a phone for 20-30min 3 times a day without getting helped.
