The problem started at the Self Service option not working. Almost 4 weeks ago I made use of the Self Service option for the first time. It worked well. I could set the one card as active and the one that we were not going to use as inactive. It worked well. On wednesday 07/08/2013 I wanted to make use of the Self Service again to do exactly the same as I did the first time. I could set the one card inactive but when I wanted to set the one that we wanted to use as active I received a message to call the call centre. I did. The assisted me on that. On Sunday 11/08/2013 when we returned I just wanted to reverse what was set. Again I received the message to call the call centre. I did. They assisted me and I thought everything was done. When I got home only a few channels was viewable. I phoned again. I have extra view on that decoder. The next problem was that only on of the tv's could be used. I never had this problem before. I phoned again Monday night and still my viewing options is not right. This morning I tried to use the other tv but I got a message that said the connection is not right. Why must I phone for 4 days several times as this could have been corrected the first time
