Complaint / review / scam report

I never had a problem with this network provider -till i had to block my phone and get a sim swap. I have spoken to ALOT of people -to block and now to unlock the phone - have sent emails to Candice Petersen (works for the customer care of vodacom) and have not received any feedback - yet all mails have been read. This Siyabonga person was supposed to do a sim swap for me -but he didnt - yet he took the money and never gave me any receipts. Till today - i dont have my number - he in actual fact gave me another pre paid sim card (my number is contract) and never activated or unlocked my contract sim card, now im stuck with a number i dont know and im losing ALOT of business in the process and the gas that i have to waste going to jabulani for this and the time and the airtime that im wasting busy calling them - all i asked for was very simple - yet they have managed to add on the stress and trauma of losing my stuff. IM NOT HAPPY WITH SUCH BS SERVICE - NOT AT ALL! the number given below is not mine so keep trying to get hold of me till you get me!
