You have the most unreliable and unhelpful customer care and contact centre I have ever experienced. I am very frustrated and is very close to taking legal action against you as well as longing a complaint with National Consumer Protection Commission and ICASA.
Now let me begin again, hopefully with a written complaint a proper action will be taken...
I am your loyal customer for the last 1 years I have been in South Africa. I have 24 months contract with you since November 2012. I have always paid my bills on time and have been a high user of both data and voice. Essentially I have been giving you good business.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances unfortunately I have to leave South Africa for good, hence I would like to terminate my contract with you. I called up the cancellation department on 4 Oct 2013 and they informed me that I have to pay 75% of the remaining balance. I find it unacceptable, your Cancellation Department informed me that this is a standard contract. I went through the contract with my lawyer and there is no such clause.
I would you to provide me with the solution taking into consideration my good record with you
