I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for many years, but their service is no shocking and unacceptable. After cancelling my contract a month ago (as per required - a month before expiry date) I was told this morning that the person who I spoke to never effected the cancellation. (He lost interest after I told him I DID NOT WANT ANOTHER contract) After spending the most of the morning on the phone to Vodacom, I was eventually told that the CANCELLATION department was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. What, New Years day was unforeseen this year...? You messed up, not me. I AM NOT PAYING FOR ANOTHER MONTH.
