I have a Data account with Vodacom, 1.5GB, I do not download or play online games nothing, my updates are switched off, I only pop into FB, and read my mails, that's that. yet for the 3rd time now Vodacom over charged me saying I used more than 1.5GB and my data was R2888, that means that I used more than 10GB, according to them, they dont give a detail data usage on days nothing, I want to terminate this contract asap, and they must show me in detail where I used that much Data on black and white, I am looking at taking legal action against them now, there so called help centre customer care, cant even help you and give you script on what to say, Vodacom must have paid big bonus in December and some how looking at making money back now. I want this resolved by the close of business today and how I can get out of this contract from these clowns and proven documents to show me that I have used that much data and dates.
