A week later and STILL no proper explanation of how you calculate the "penalty"fee on a DATA contract cancellation?? No handsets were exchanged, NOTHING, and you still charge me the remainder of the monthly fee up to Sept 2014 less a 25% discount? And your answer was that the pocliy is currently under review but untill then you charge this??
Seriously VODACOM?? If I see all the complaints on Hellopeter lately - I'm definitely NOT renewing my contract with you. The explanation you've given me is not VALID - what are you penalising me for on a data contract cancellation??? A piece of plastic sim card???
Well, seeing that no one at Vodacom cares to properly respond to this matter then I'll go ahead with filing a complaint at the Ministry of Consumer Services - I'm sure they have alot of complaints against Vodacom and their ridiculous policies.
