My cell phone is less than 6months old & the charging port broke - i was then told by my service provider it is my fault... come on... how is that even possible... furthermore have a look on google!!! there are many people experincing the same problem - besides the charging port breaking, my phone over heats & freezes - im not sure what quality of goods you actually think you can produce, but this is completely unacceptable. i didnt get the phone for free, i pay for it... CLEARLY YOU HAVENT HEARD OF THE TCF POLICY... SO BETWEEN YOURSELF & MTN... THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED
