Sony Mobile
WARRANTEE VOID AFTER REPAIR

I took my 3 month old Xperia Z out my bag and saw it had a hairline crack.
I mailed 4 people at Sony for the procedure I should follow, but had no feedback, 9 days after my request, I was told to book it in with my SP - which I did the next day
I booked it in for charging port flap which didn't seal, and the screen - which they deemed "physical damage" (I didn't agree as the device did not fall), but as I could not explain the crack I paid the R3207.00 (which is 50% of the price of a new phone - which is ridiculous).
I collected my phone today, & the charging port is STILL flapping, I was told that my phone is no longer under warrantee as MTN have opened the device - it only carries a 3 month workman's warrantee now. My phone is only 3 months old!
I waited 9 days for Sony to advise me to send it to MTN anyway, which they knew would void my warrantee!
WHAT NOW?
What do I do when my brand new phone has a problem going forward?
Am I supposed to now pay for all the shortfalls of what seems to be an inferior device, for the next 2 years? After already forking out R3207.00?
I'm curious to see if someone from SONY will even respond, judging on past experience, it is highly unlikely...
