My cell phone which is still under warranty... the charging port breaks, i sent it in for repairs & explained the phone also freezes, i then had to call the technical support for feedback because i had no feedback.
apparently its my fault the charging port broke... explain how do i physically damage a charging port... it is impossible, oh & by the way nothing was mention about how the phone freezes... so its all good to pay my monthly bill but when there is a fault with the actual goods its none of their concern... so much for warranties ... & i recieved pathetic service by the consultant Lerato Sesadi.
I REGRET TAKING MTN AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
