I am using a MTN contract and took a Sony XPeria Z. charging pin ended up broken off inside my charger For no reason. I sent this in with MTN HVRC and it was returned as BER . This is the second time this happening to me via MTN contract. I would like you as SONY to investigate why so many of your devices lose the charging pin, surely this can not be physical damage if there are so many complaints about this product on the internet. I am very dissapointed in this device seeing that i enjoyed this product to the fullest and find it very shocking that sony would make such a poor quality charging Block. please help
