UPGRADED MORE THAN 2 YEARS AGO, DECIDED ON A PHONE, VODACOM COULD NOT SUPPLY AND TOLD ME TO WAIT. I WAITED AND ABOUT 6 MONTHS LATER I GOT THE PHONE. THEY ARE THE ONES THAT COULD NOT SUPPLY, THEN MY UPGRADE TIME HAD TO BE MOVED ON BY 6 MONTHS. NOW I AM PENALISED FOR THAT. PATHETIC. NO ONE AT THE GEORGE SHOP WANTS TO ASSIST, CONTACTED GIDEON THE OWNER, HE ALSO DOES NOT SEE THE NEED TO CONTACT ME. THIS IS THE SERVICE WE ALL PAY FOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST A WORD AT VODACOM, THAT'S IT. LETS SEE IF ANYONE SEE THE NEED TO CONTACT ME.
