Vodacom will contact me in 2 days??

I have upgraded one of my contract via the internet, 0713018584. I have chosen the Samsung S4 mini, but upon receiving the handset, I realized that I would rather have another handset. I have contacted Vodacom and I received the same answer over and over again... someone will contact me. I don't know WHO will contact me, and WHEN?? Time is running out. The phone and contract that I chose is way too expensive, as my son is using this phone. I need this sorted asap. Thank you. I would also like to know if I could rather cancel the upgrade, as my upgrade date is only in November. Please assist, as I am uncertain of the situation. Thank you.
