As MANY many other people My Z10 camera dont work, cant watch vedios. Then suddenly i can but i cant use the fone, "Sim card not supported", Then back to camera issue. This happens a few cycles a day, if the battry dont die (only lasts 4 hours standby) And all this on a 3 month old fone. I took it today to get replaced, they told me will maybe be by Feb 2104 i get it back, I use the fone work work on a contract... Now i have no fone. The Replacement fone was an only nokia BUT: i would have had to buy extra sim card and airtime for it too. I pay enough per month, i spend over R1000 a month on vodacom for the past 6 years!!!
I want a replacement Yesterday already. Consumer Protection Act: you can not pay for a service you are not getting. I dont have a fone and its not my fault. Vodacom sent it to me direct. FIX THIS 0825374938 (oh wont work AS YOU HAVE MY FONE) im still waiting for a responce from my last complaint 4 months again, they said they would call... i gues they never said what year... NEVER GO FOR BLACKBERRY
