I bought a cellphone from Vodacom less than 2 years ago. Now the phone doesn't want to charge. When the repair shop finally informed me what the problem is they simply stated that I must pay almost R650-00 to get the phone fixed. When I then why I must pay this amount when the phone is under warranty, they informed me that it must be physical damage and that is not covered by Vodacom. When I then wanted my phone back, I had to pay R57-00 just to get the broken phone returned. Ridiculous
