UNACCEPTABLE MANNER OF RESPONSE

I hve purchased da BIS service for R19.00 on thursday 03-10-13 jst before 8pm da evening. I received an sms which said "Your current BB10 BBM service is available until 0000-00-00. R19.00 will be deducted for your next 30-day service on 0000-00-00." Thereafter my bbm service was active and worked the thursday eve, friday & saturday morning before 11am it just went off, i contacted the call centre on 082111, spoke to a lady & she logged a call for me, she says that on her side it doesnt show that i activated the service. she also said that it should be resolved within da next 24 hours, i waited & called again da sunday & they logged a call again, lady says i can wait up until the wednesday 4 someone 2 contact me which then means i'm without my BIS for 5days. I called again Monday morning, & was told da same thing, tuesday heard nothing from any representative of Vodacom. Wednesday after 1pm i called again, & da gentleman tld me he will add another note & ask the technicians 2 contact me. Nt 2 long after that, i receive an sms saying "Dear customer. Da problem purchasing BBM10 has bn resolved. Pls purchase da BBM10 service again." I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE 2 CONTACT ME NT SMS ASAP
