Approximately 2 weeks ago, I placed an order online to order my new cellphone from Vodacom (Samsung Galaxy chat). To prevent being charged the pro rate fee of ordering before month end, I explicitly requested that my device to only be delivered at the end of the month, the sales person complied. A few days ago I learned that the phone I ordered was out of stock, yesterday morning, I called to confirm that my device was booked for me, as I do not wish to have any surprise at the end of the month, by the phone not arriving, due to the lack of stock. The gentleman who I spoke to, was not very friendly, but assured me that he will email the sales consultant, informing him to contact me promptly, he confirmed my number, however I did not hear from the consultant. This morning I called again, I was told the same story, however I was told that if I had not heard from the sales consultant by 12pm, that I should call again. I did not hear anything by 12pm, and I called again at 1pm, this time a very friendly lady told me the same story, that an email will be sent to the consultant, and I'd be contacted shortly. Till present, I have not been contacted.
