OK so a week or two I laid the exact same complaint on here to highlight the fact that I havent heard any regarding my repair of my device. I got calls from you guys very promptly to say the least I was well impressed.
I was promised that the store would get back to me blah blah, and well two weeks later still no response or any status as to what is happening, No sms, no email, no call?
