STANDARD BANK MY MONEY

I had it with standbank bank, im so disappointed once again that i feel i should just close my account the first time i was messed around...

on the 8th at 1pm i went to the branch in randburg and at the atm outside i made a cash deposit into my account and it reflected on my account... few days later when checking my account the R700 that i deposited was not in the account with no record of it even reflecting in my account... i caled the call centre got a useless ref; 53164642 and waited to get help but nothing and then on saturday i had to call them and got the same old "oh we will sort this for you now and we so sorry blah blah blah" and still i havent heard anything till now
