My phone has been in for repairs since 5th march 2013. Its just a week later, and I have had no feedback. I try calling the 140 line, and after 5 min, I speak to a woman who puts me through to the repair dept. Its now been another 20min, and still no answer. Your service is DISGUSTING!! I must get further insulted by this automated voice on the line telling me "We know that your time is important to you... blah blah blah" What a load of! If my time was important to you, then you would answer your phone already!!!
