So I got a quick response after my last complaint. A generic one - 'We will be investigating blah blah bla...'
I then got an email also in response, promising a thorough investigation.
Im still waiting for ACTUAL feedback? How long does a thorough investigation take? Its a premium increase guys, not a crime. Just give me some feedback?
In the meantime, while you guys twiddle your thumbs, I will start looking for quotes from a new insurance company...
