Last week I did submit a hello peter compplaint where I complain because of a R80 service fee which was never explained blah blah blah. ( Im not in the mood to explain the whole nature of the complaint so please refer to the previous complaint) Anyway a gentleman called me back on the 29/10/2013 with the feedback of the complaint and I was promised on a recorded line that the R80 SERVICE FEE would be reversed and up until today this was never done!!!
