Logging a complaint on HP seems to be the only way you phone me. I can send emails until the cows come home. tomorrow is Friday, yet again. I was phoned after my previous complaint, again, apologized to, and was promised (again) that the credit and refund will be paid and I would receive email confirmation blah blah blah... we have gone through another week, and as expected, absolutely nothing... Seems my banking detials were incorrect... come on guys? Really? You seem to find it hard to understand that I truly dont want any connection with Cell C any longer, yet you do your best to prolong my frustrations.
please get somebody else to handle this complaint? all I want is the refund amount I was promised from 31 May 2013, and we part ways. I want it closed. Do us both a fav and remove me from your database, for good.
