To whom it may concern. I am extremely upset with the fact that I have completed a telephonic contract on Monday and I was promised that I would receive a delivery of my product by the latest on Thursday. I then contacted your call centre who requested that I contact 082 1945 as they will be able to assist me. I proceeded in calling the number and the consultant then requested that I contact (011) 764 4000 and ask them how they intend delivering my product if they are out of stock? I was then told that they are out of stock and that he can get a consultant to call me with an alternative product? I have completed the contract and have ported my wife's number only to discover that you are out of stock I cannot believe that a company as big as you would have the audacity to continue advertising this product on your website knowing that you are out of stock? This is false advertising Vodacom get your act together!!!
